Job Description and Responsibilities:

Our company specializes in litigation support pertaining to printing, copying and scanning documents, trial preparation, court reporting and eDiscovery.
The Customer Service Courier responsibilities will include:
- Excellent customer service/sales opportunity with ability to grow within company
- Deliver important client materials/documents mostly around the Greater Boston and
- South Shore with some deliveries outside metro area
- Candidate needs to be flexible in hours with the ability to respond on demand as needed outside of their set schedule
- Perform the delivery tasks and pick-up of customer material in a polite, resourceful and professional manner
- Load and unload a delivery vehicle
- Communicate consistently and clearly and coordinate with main office through a mobile device on job delivery status
- Operate vehicle for the pick-up and delivery of documents, electronic devices, supplies, products, materials and boxes
- Ensure prompt pick-up and delivery to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by giving required information to production and clients
- Maintain delivery records
- Ability to manage schedule and work independently while communicating with home office and production team
- Schedule is M-F, 11am-7pm
- Valid driver’s license
- Delivery experience a plus
