Job Description and Responsibilities:

KEY Discovery is looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to be an integral part of our growing eDiscovery Services team. The company is built on a belief in customer service and providing true value to our clients, and our team of eDiscovery Specialists is a key to this approach as we help our clients navigate a quickly evolving technological world.

Existing knowledge of Electronic Discovery and Litigation Support environments and technology is strongly preferred, but we are willing to teach and provide training for the right people that fit into our culture and general philosophy!

The eDiscovery Specialist’s critical responsibilities will include:

  • Management of a variety of electronic discovery projects and engagements. This includes management of project tasks, troubleshooting issues and risks, execution of workflow and best practices, coordination and communication with internal and external team members, and management of client expectations and deadlines.
  • Case management and consulting for Hosted Services and Managed Services clients, including general project management and tracking responsibilities; workflow consultation and execution; search, analysis, and organization of client data; and training and support of end users.
  • Execution of tasks utilizing electronic discovery and litigation support software and review tools, including loading and/or processing of native data, conversion of data formats and images, searching and categorization of data, and much more.
  • Technology, workflow, and capability consultation to external clients as well as KEY Discovery sales, operations, and client services teams.
  • General support of Managed Services and Hosted Services clients for applications such as Clearwell, LAW, Summation, Concordance, and others.
  • Contribution to the development and growth of the eDiscovery Services unit and KEY Discovery. We value each of our employees and the unique perspective they bring – we want your input and ideas!
