Tom Washburn brings a wealth of financial and operations experience to the company, along with 18 years in litigation support. Prior to joining us in the summer of 2011, he was Vice President of Business Development for Washburn Capital Management, Inc., an asset management firm. Before that, he was Vice President of Sales & Operations for one of the world’s leading providers of financial and legal printing, responsible for managing, overseeing, and directing fifteen locations with revenue totaling 75 million and a staff of over 2,000 employees.

Brian Brockney’s proven business management and people skills pair up nicely with his marketplace savvy to make him an invaluable asset to our leadership team. Of course, he also has extensive experience in litigation support services. In 1996, he began as an Account Executive for a national litigation support company, and worked his way up to the position of General Manager of two operations generating over $11M in sales revenue.

Brian Danilecki can be downright evangelical about customer service, a trait that endears him to existing customers, and regularly wins new ones. Brian has been in the litigation industry for over 16 years, starting in the printing business, and naturally gravitating to client sales and support. For 7 years before he joined Key Discovery, he was the director of a Boston office overseeing sales, production and operations responsible for $10M in sales revenue.

Dan Tibor is the technology expert of our leadership team, and has made a highly successful career in the litigation technical support business. Starting as a Litigation Support Technical and Production Advisor for a national provider where he focused mainly on database management and eDiscovery software, he became Litigation Support Director for the company’s Boston office. Dan continues to keep current with all the fast-changing trends of the litigation support industry.
